Refund Policy

Your full reading is a digital product generated specifically for you and delivered instantly, so it is generally non-refundable once produced. That said, we want you to feel the purchase was fair:

We'll refund you if

• You were charged but your reading failed to generate or never unlocked.
• You were charged more than once for the same reading.
• A clear technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for.

How to request

Email [email protected] within 14 days with your reading link or order ID. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by our merchant of record, Polar, typically within a few business days.

Because the reading is for reflection and entertainment, simply disagreeing with the interpretation is not on its own grounds for a refund — but if something went wrong technically, we'll make it right.
